How to improve sleep using tech
[MUSIC]
We all know too much technology can keep you up at night but these tips may actually put you to sleep.
Staring at screens before bed makes falling asleep even harder but rather than eliminate them all together switch to a more sleep conducive light.
Apple devices have a feature call night shift that warms those glaring blue tones that keep you up

On Android, this feature is called blue light filter, and on Windows 10 computers it's the nightlight setting.
If neither of these options works for you, download the E-flux app to do the same on any device.
Activate manually or set it to activate automatically.
You can even apply the same rule to all the lights in your house.
Change the color temperature of the Phillips Hue White Ambience Bulbs from the app.
Or set them to dim around bed time.
And once you're in bed, the Sound Oasis Loomy will help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
Its built in LEDs simulate sunset and sunrise for a gentle wake up.
No alarm needed.
