Okay, I'm actually feeling this.
In my chest and in my biceps.
Now, does this mean that I actually just got a really good workout in just a few minutes?
Not necessarily.
It' the Activ5 and it's a little fact that synes the amount of pressure you are applying to it.
There are ton of exercises you can do that work your chest, your core, your arms and your legs.
Activ5 body that copy that makes it that in clinical study, it increase strength by 5% per week when users work out with it couple times a day with a few minutes at a time.
Now, I have no idea how true that is.
How it was validated, what the user's stating strength was.
But in the few minutes I used it, I did get a pretty good pump, and it was actually fun, and felt like a really good challenge.
