The TV deals just keep coming. And when I spot a good one, I gotta share. (I also like sharing CNET's roundup of the best TVs for 2019.)

This deal? Damn good. For a limited time, and while supplies last, Best Buy has the Hisense 65R6070E 65-inch 4K HDR Roku TV for $429.99 shipped (plus tax). The last time I ran a Hisense TV deal, it was the 60-inch model for $448!

Although Chinese TV-maker TCL gets most of the attention these days, Hisense is starting to get some recognition as well, offering similarly good products and similarly low prices. (Here's an overview of what Hisense unveiled at CES 2019, if you're interested.)

The 65R6070E may be "last year's model," but 2018 was an awesome year for TVs . It offers 4K resolution, HDR compatibility (learn more about HDR from CNET's Geoffrey Morrison) and the awesomeness that is built-in Roku .

It also has a 4.6-star average rating from about 100 Best Buy customers. When it comes to TVs, I like buying from a brick-and-mortar, just because it makes for easier returns should the need arise.

So now for the most important question: What to watch? Because I consume a fair bit of television, I thought I'd share a few recommendations: Deadwood (HBO via Amazon Prime, then the new wrap-up movie via HBO proper), Dead to Me (Netflix) and the best show you've never heard of, Travelers (also Netflix).

What under-the-radar shows or movies are you watching and loving right now?

Bonus deal: Give Dad a SodaStream Jet Sparkling Water Maker for $59

We're pretty much down to the wire if you're hoping to get a Father's Day gift delivered in time. I already rounded up some great last-minute Father's Day gifts, but allow me to add one more.

Today only, and while supplies last, Amazon has the SodaStream Jet Sparkling Water Maker (black/silver) for $58.99. That's $21 off the regular price and the first discount to date on this model.

I don't know the first thing about these gadgets, except that they're pretty popular among folks who like to "brew" their own fizzy drinks. (Check out 6 things you can carbonate with your SodaStream.) The Jet includes a 1-liter BPA-free bottle and a CO2 cartridge to get things started.

The user reviews aren't fabulous: 3.7 stars out of 5. But, hey, Dad can always return this gift if it...fizzles.
